Yoga is an ancient system of practices rooted in African and Indian culture aimed at promoting overall holistic wellness and enlightenment.

 

Often when we hear the word yoga, we think of the asanas, or the physical postures practiced during a group fitness class. True yoga invites the mind, spirit and body to the mat to explore the world of detachment and develop holistic strength and flexibility.

 

Soul House Wellness offers personalized individual yoga sessions, public and private group sessions and corporate offerings.

​Soul House Wellness is a somatic wellness company dedicated to enriching the human experience through a holistic approach.

When we think of maintaining the overall health of the body, we think of things like eating well, getting enough sleep and engaging in physical activity. Somatic wellness considers the whole person on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and involves addressing and releasing stored trauma or energy in the body, which we refer to as an energetic imbalances. Energetic imbalances in the body can manifest as anything from general stress and chronic aches and pains to illness, anxiety or depression. This is achieved through assessing and balancing your chakra system through practices like yoga and sound healing.

 

Our services not only prioritize well being throughout life but also extend to compassionate end of life support. We embrace and acknowledge the fragility of Life and look forward to supporting individuals as they begin to prepare for things ahead of them in their mortality.

 

At Soul House Wellness, we accompany each client on their unique journey, fostering a space that nurtures care curiosity, vitality and thoughtful transitions both in life and beyond.
